I can only speak for SikuliX:
What you can click manually, you can click with SikuliX (which uses Java Robot
inside), if neither the application (e.g. games) nor the system (e.g. Windows
admin tasks) are blocking these kind of mouse and/or keyboard actions.
Hence if there is nothing to click manually, then SikuliX will not help,
since it only works on the "pixel level" and not on the implementation
level as Selenium does.
