You might be able to solve this problem by breaking up in to 2 steps:

1. Set your directory, for example: cd <directory name & folder name>

2. Call the script or jar file AFTER the directory has been set, for
example: Java -jr <file or jar name>

Or simply type in the file name without java -jar
