All my infos make sure, that the stuff is found at runtime.
About the state when editing something in NOtePad++: Sorry, but it is
your decision to use NotePad++.
I gave you all needed information.
To find your way with NotePad++ is your job now.
As mentioned: for serious development with Python I do not understand
your decision.
