Tried with App.open command like below and worked.
App.open ("C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Office\\Office16\\EXCEL.EXE
C:\\Nitin\\test\\ESB_APP_CHEKC.xls")
dont know why the other way is not working.
