How and where did you install Tesseract?
Did you follow the instruction on the mentioned page. The brew-way should not
make any problems.
My main dev system is macOS 10.15.
Just made some tests: works as expected.
IMHO it does not make sense to move the SikulixIDE jar to the
Applications folder, since it is not a regular application (will not
show up in LaunchPad).
