Hello ! ) I downloaded the latest version of the programs from here: https://launchpad.net/sikuli/+download. Launched sikulixide-2.0.4. jar (on Windows 10 (x64), java 1.8.0_191). The program window has opened, but I don't see the toolbars on the left: "Settings", "Find", "Mouse Actions", "Keyboard Actions". I haven't figured out how to open them yet.
