RaiMan proposed the following answer:
virtual machines is the easiest way.
Another way might be programming a subprocess scenario, where mouse and
keyboard usage are coordinated between the subprocesses. Very challenging and
hence not a feature of SikuliX.
When scripts are running on a real machine, you cannot use the machine
for normal work. You have to live with that.
