META-FILE missing

Bug description:
When attempting to a range.text() call, I get the following message:
[error] TextRecognizer: init: tessdata folder not found at C:/Sikuli/libs/
[error] Region.text: text recognition is now switched off
I reran install in a clean directory, picking options 1, 3, and 5. I
looked in libs and don't see tessdata directory either. Log extract is
below. If you want more, just ask.

Everytime I run the runIDE.cmd; it develops the libs folder. And if I remove
it manually, the following error occurs on cmd..
[error] ResourceLoaderBasic: check: No valid libs path available until now!
[action] ResourceLoaderBasic: check: Please wait! Trying to extract libs to
jar
I used to have a META-INF folder before and did not have any issues
with TextRecognition but now it always give me a problem. How do I
resolve it. I downloaded the entire setup and reran them again, didn't
work.
