RaiMan proposed the following answer:
http://localhost:50001/scripts/...path...
where ...path... must be an absolute path (always use forward slash even
on Windows)
example:
http://localhost:50001/scripts/Users/...username.../scripts
will switch the base path for scripts (.sikuli) to a folder scripts in
the user's home folder
