In threadAgile my imports look like this:
from sikuli import *
import os
import datetime
appPath = "C:\Users\blahblahblah\main\Applications"
if not appPath in sys.path:
sys.path.append(appPath)
import appAgile
reload (appAgile)
import appETC
reload (appETC)
