RaiMan proposed the following answer:
do the following:
- in <APPDATA> folder delete folder SikuliX
- run the SikuliX IDE
- capture an image and open Preview -> Matching Preview
If everything works, run your Eclipse stuff.
This should have restored the needed files in <APPDATA>/Sikulix
