RaiMan proposed the following answer:
supposing it is 2.0.5.
in the higher resolution make the IDE window as small as possible (making
sense ;-).
Move it to the top left of the screen and close the IDE.
Then try again with the lower resolution.
If possible for you: try with the 2.0.6-snapshot (GitHub).
