--- I found the actual location is
"/opt/homebrew/Cellar/tesseract/5.0.1/lib/libtesseract.dylib".
This is we're the stuff is built and made ready.
finally there are symlinks created in /opt/homebrew/lib (brew link ...). there
should be a libtesseract.dylib as symlink.
