Amelia Hansen posted a new comment: The Java runtime cannot find the dependent libraries for the VisionProxy.dll dynamic link library (DLL). This can happen for a few reasons: The PATH environment variable does not include the dependent libraries' directory. The dependent libraries are not registered with the Windows operating system.
