Mas Alda bisa aja..... Berkaitan dengan budaya sejauh yang saya ketahui
pemegang haknya adalah pemerintah...kita asumsikan begini....kalau ada orang
indonesia yang memainkan serak (apalagi sesepuh)...apakah victor berani
menuntut orang itu...saya rasa victor tidak akan sebodoh itu.... konsekuensinya
terlalu berat bagi dia ...cukup otoritas yang berwenang seperti Pemerintah
Indonesia atau PERSILAT menyatakan dia persona non gratakan (dikucilkan)...saya
rasa ilmu setinggi apapun kalau tidak ada yang mau belajar juga sulit
berkembang....rekan2 tidak usah berkecil hati..kita kembangkan saja serak yang
ada di Indonesia....saya yakin seyakin-yakinnya bahwasannya guru2 sepuh kita
dalam menurunkan ilmunya tidak sembarangan apalagi kepada orang2 yang tidak
tulus tujuannya (tidak seluruh kuncinya diturunkan).
Rekan2 lebih baik kita pusatkan dan satukan seluruh sumber daya bangsa kita
untuk membantu perkembangan dan pelestarian Silat Tradisional kita, kita
perbaiki dan perbagus rumah kita dulu sebelum mengurus rumah tangga orang lain.
