Hi Tristen, I'm not aware of a print document like that. The print document that tells you about (good) entertainment in Sydney is http://www.timeoutsydney.com.au/ but there's no computers there.
I generally buy from only one or two online retailers with a pickup option and that I trust. If you find a price you like for a common component there is a building in the Sydney CBD that is full of cheap IT retailers that generally match each other: http://www.capitolsquare.com.au/html/computers.html I'm probably out of touch, but the guys i trust for cheap components are http://www.ticomputers.com.au/ and http://www.msy.com.au/ I use the shopping comparison sites just to see how close they are to best price.
