Hi Joshua I'm guessing you've probably heard/come across this before, but just in case... there's a few existing co-working spaces around Sydney.
* Agency Rainford have been around a while, and have a drop-in desk - though the rest of the space is occupied, I'm pretty sure. http://agencyrainford.com * CoWorka appeared a few months ago: http://www.co-worka.com.au/ * Civitec also have a space somewhere in the inner west (I think), though their website doesn't reflect that very well. http://www.civictec.net/ It may be worth talking with these groups, get some understanding of how they work and what's a good way to move forward with your own plans.
