Keith, I think skitch.com may be a good contender for The Deck advertising network (http://decknetwork.net/) I don't know anything about it other than it's exclusive membership to list and show ads, but skitch seems to have the credibility and fit for the advertisers. It's more appropriate than the other bottom-entry suggestions.
