I accidentally saw the front page of The Australian IT section (a newspaper) in a cafe today.
The lead article is about the IPO on the ASX for www.onthehouse.com.au, a start-up trying to take on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and the RE data providers, or something like that. $1.00 per share, 55M shares on offer, with planned cap of 81M at Day 1. Interesting... Irrespective of whether it's a sound business or not, they must have already raised substantial funds, networks and strong PR so there's something to be learned here. Does anyone have any information about this? I have downloaded but not yet read the prospectus. I'm looking forward to it. Let's go large and get a few Silicon Beach IPO's going ;-) cheers, Jeromy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Silicon Beach Australia mailing list.
