Hi Mmh, thanks for reminding me. I am also late so here is my intro.
My name is Hans Kruger - originally from Germany - but have been living the last 6 years abroad (England, South Africa and since 3 years in Australia). I started my career in a very research focused environment and worked for a few years in the computer graphics and virtual reality field before I was hired by an investment bank as a software engineer. Most of the time I enjoy what I am doing, but I recently started thinking if I should really spend the rest of my days working in an industry that produces nothing meaningful and be a technological enabler for the development of the next perverted financial instrument. Anyway, the reason why I am here is to get myself exposed to some interesting ideas and get into the process of thinking again. Down the road, maybe there is also a possibility to partner with some capable people.
