Hi All. My name is Andrew Harrisson. I am based in Melbourne and have run a primarily software development company Cornerstone Solutions from my home in ne suburbs.
A couple of years ago I expanded into some electronics development, of a small solar powered Internet connected waterproof device for remote data capture. Our most recent and potentially markettable development uses this technology to control Digital SLR camerase to take photos and FTP them if required to your server. The main application for this for time-lapse capture, but can be triggered by movement etc for security. We are a team of Engineers who love solving problems... But have a natural aversion to anything resembling marketting which does place a dampener on sales. We have had about 10 prototypes working well over the last 18months and are preparing for commercialization in Aus for a few months and ideally going global in 2012. Am looking forward to moving the business out of the front room of my home! We often have 4-5 blokes crammed in there! I look forward to being a part of a community of innovators and hopefully picking up some marketting tips along the way.
