Thanks for the replies guys, this is my lay of the land from the research ive done.
1) Cloud central - heard some bad things about them having some pretty nasty downtime a few months ago, so I instantly steered clear 2) Ninefold - Heard nothing but good things about these guys, setup two demo servers (one windows one linux) I liked what I saw (latency was snappy, offered good control etc), the only issue I have with them is I require a redundant setup and I would have to setup and manage this myself. 3) Bulletproof - Im not sure if they are cloud based which intially turned me off them as I wish to be able to scale the servers capacity as required, however they do have the fastest loading website I have ever been to in my life and deal specifically with mission critical systems, So I have just sent them an inquiry to see what they got (thanks Chris). 4) Telstra + Optus - I feel they are too big I want to stick with some of the smaller guys where service actually matters.
