Really? I was under the impression things were pretty great for developers at 
the moment. Granted, I have no interest in looking for jobs, but I do get 
contacted by recruiters (and occasionally companies directly) regularly. At the 
very least, there's plenty of roles out there for good Ruby developers in 
Melbourne and Sydney (and globally too) - I was presuming it's much the same 
for any other popular language.
