Hi All, At IPscape, I'm on a mission to simplify how new customers (who are SME's and enterprises) can buy our cloud contact centre service. To date our customers sign a contract that includes T&C's plus 3 schedules for scope, support & price. That represents about 10 pages (of old fashioned paper) and if a customers lawyer gets hold of it we often spiral into lengthy contract negotiations (just because they can). Am I naive in thinking that we could replace the paper with the online box "Accept Contract Terms & Conditions" (that can be accessed online if needed)? I'm curious to know of alternate contracting models to the paper exchange.
