Often, when we discuss prominent individuals or societies long gone and their shortcomings, we are reminded not to judge them too harshly, because they were products of their times.
What current perfectly legit behaviours do you think people of, say, 100 years in the future will look back on and remind themselves to be kind, that we were creatures of our times? (I had sent this back in November, when silklist was down.)
