hi, everybody, i’m also happy to join in (particularly with a group dinner). mid week works well for me. i assume you are already set for a place to stay. my usual axis is san francisco or belmont (near san mateo).
by the way, the internet archive (in san francisco) has community lunch on many friday’s around 1pm and silklist people are generally invited if you are interested in library and archive issues, to oversimplify.
