My favorite job title is from an old Zippy the Pinhead cartoon (probably 40 years ago) - when he 'won' the election for President of the US he invited people to create their own cabinet positions. One of them was the "Secretary of the Department of the Ulterior". I wonder what the qualifications for such a position would be and how you could ever answer "what do you do?".
