Folks,

I completed the second draft of a book that I'd like to get published.

I originally planned to call it "Don't fuck up B-school like I almost did"
but then have chosen to call it "Begin B-school like you mean Business".

I am writing something I wish 25 year old Hari had access to when he wrote
the GMAT in 2008 so that he was better prepared for what lies ahead. Less
flailing, more smooth sailing.

I've been lost trying to answer plenty of questions - "Is this worthy of
someone's time and attention?" "Am I a good writer?" and then realised that
there's only one way ahead.

I've found myself better, every time I've been lost.

I'm no stranger to writing. So far I've written rap that I've recorded and
released on streaming platforms. I've recently written and staged my debut
musical, a hip-hopera and I am going to expand it in length, breadth and
depth to take it places.

Questions for all of you:

(a) If you are brand new on this journey of taking your book idea to life -
how have you gone about it? Wanna trade notes?

(b) If you've published a book or two - what do you wish you knew when you
started off trying to get published?

(c) If you are a renowned, established author (and I know this list has a
fair few) - do send blessings and good vibes and if you have time, any
helpful advice.

With gratitude,
Hari
