1) No matter where you decide to go, don't pick a Saturday. This is holiday
season, and most places will be too packed and noisy.
2) It might be a good idea to work out an equitable payment system for people who, say, don't drink, so they're not left having to pay Rs. X when their actual consumption is Rs. X - 400.
Since the original question has received just one reply, perhaps a show of hands of how many people are interested should take place first, and *then* you can decide where to go.

I *have* to be at the restaurant.
