If you ask me, Schwartz's is quite over-rated. The service, especially, is so lacking that it's a much nicer experience to just head to _the main_ right opposite Schwartz's or to other places like Dunn's. There is no single chef there that comes to mind, except yeah, most of the staff there are fairly caustic to the customers and get away with it.
