There is a Dr. Chandra in Asimov's 2001 Space Oddesy. He was the guy
that designed HAL.

There is a long-running British Radio Soap called West Way (on the BBC
World Service) which also has a doctor of Indian descent.

I think Office Space was at least 2 years ahead of its time. A
brilliant portrayal of the futility of work. I thought the ending was
a cop-out, through.
