Of greater concern to me is that this officer clearly had nothing better to do than harass someone who clearly did not require his attention. Apparently Bangalore has no criminal activity whatsoever, and therefore does not require his services any longer. $;^D Perhaps he can find a better fit for his qualifications somewhere further away...
