Hi Savita,
Mum was always talking to me we had just swept the play under the carpet. but now with these other sources validation, it is back in limelight and they are now discussing the intentions and aesthetics of the play. sigh, such is life. That it needed a bunch of other people to let the world know that it was good...

I saw four other plays, including a play called "half human half no one" (translation, cant remember the original assamese title) which I think was one of the most exciting plays I have seen in a long time. NSD's production of "Who is afraid of Virginia Woolf?" in hindi was the winner and definitely a brilliant adaptation of the original. A group from Traivandrum put up a spine chilling performance in a detective spoof that suddenly turns into a real life political nightmare. I will give a more detailed description if you like...currenly i am down with a heat stroke and spending most of my day in sleeping.

I shall forward the script soon...I do hope I get to stage it in bangalore

cheers
