Excuse me - but isn't this an old story? I mean "old" as in at least 7-8 years old. Young "techies" have so many jobs on offer that it is a "buyer's market" so to speak. A couple of months ago I saw a news item that stated that Bangalore (or was it India) would be short of techies to the tune of 500,000 by 2010. Is it any wonder that people can pick up and drop jobs at will? I am advising young medical graduates to seek a career in Infotech. I speak from the viewpoint of a person who used to live in the UK and see local newspaper reports that said "Yippee - 17 local jobs created". shiv
