Invoked, earlier, in private mail. I think (hope) this is just a blip. As a general rule, I think that the community itself is usually quite effective at self-regulation. Which is why nominally touchy topics like politics, sex and religion have been discussed here, usually with no rancour. I hope this will continue to be the case.
