Not much can be done about the time required to setup a company, (I think it
is in the region of a few weeks to a couple of months) but it is entirely
possible to hire a good lawyer for not very much money and make it his
hassle instead of yours. Also, it may be possible to operate as a
partnership (virtually no formalities required) for a while, and then switch
to a company when it is ready. I'm happy to recommend a lawyer if it gets to
that stage..
