This is what is incredible about the story. Most cars one sees are unmarked cars. Unless this chap had prior knowledge that these men were cops he should not be describing a car as an unmarked car. This is a paranoid man - perhaps with good reason, but nevertheless paranoid. He looks at cars hanging about and sees men whom he believes are cops in them and calls them unmarked cars. These cops then proceed to beat him up. The fact of a suspicious car hanging about does not make him worry that they may be thugs or other shady characters. To him they are cops and he says to them "hello FBI". shiv
