That is easy. Indian astrologers have never considered Plutu to be a
planet. So-called plannet in Indian cosmology include the moon and the
fictitious Rahu and Kethu.

Aren't you forgetting Budhan (Mars?), Sukran (?), Shani (Saturn?) and the others from the nava-graham (nine planets) (I can't seem to recall the rest)?
