From amazon.com (usa) i want to ship some items (books and dvds...) to
a european address....
What doesnt appear to be clear on the website is the customs duties... The site talks about charging "import fees" (which is esentially pre-calculated customs duties) in the case of "priority international shipping"....but I want to use "standard international shipping" - and unfortunately the site does not talk about "import fees" or duties in that case.... has anybody used amazon.com to ship books/dvds to europe....? if so, do you have any idea what the duties could be like, or are these items exempt from duty?
