Hi Sastry, yes do feel free to post it wherever. Needless to say we have already gotten backlash from some in the IT industry for some of our conclusions, but they tend to misinterpret our intent. It is not even an argument for reservations, but certainly one for thinking creatively about social policy, since the industry is so keen on being seen as socially conscious.
