On a different note, and putting it bluntly, does "management" remote
or non
remote in the IT industry take the attitude "We're paying you
shitloads, so
you'd better be ready to eat shit."
It all depends upon what, at the end of the day, management wants out
of their employees. If it wants people who are willing to eat shit,
that can be arranged without too much damage to the bottom line. If it
wants competent coders to produce product, that can also be arranged,
and should even be profitable.
If it wants the same people do both, that is more difficult and
traditionally (in SV) has required deep pockets. What would a rough
figure be for FYM in Bangalore? around 50M INR?
