AMS, she's using Gmail, which won't show '>' marks, just a vertical bar.
If you switch to "plain text" mode it will. I will say that Gmail
encourages you to put things above what people say, rather than
threading it like this... Pine was always really good for keeping with
this kind of format. Some days I miss Pine. VAX/VMS had some weird
mail program too that I liked for reading email too...
