This I agree with - both pranayama and shavasana are superb for relaxing and
focusing the mind. I also agree with the 'reputed person' suggestion ... not
one of the new fly-by-night 'gurus' who combine these with ayurvedic
massages from Kerala.

Having said that I would highly recommend AGAINST doing either of the asanas
in a car. Sorry Sastry... I am not sure these are condusive to avoiding the
sudden side-swipe from the ubiquitous biker / driver in a hurry...
