Madhu: Today I saw a pretty huge book, with the title, Food, which has been brought out by the Metro people; of course there are some plugs by them at the end. I had time only for a cursory view (this was at someone's home) but it seemed quite impressive...you might want to have a look.
If you are interested in the book, I could ask this guy, who is the Purchase Manager at the Holiday Inn, where one could get it.
