I gave up the habit when I realized I was addicted and having withdrawal symptoms. I still drink coffee but in moderation. The Coffee Board will do you no good, expect to find stale coffee and rude people. I usually buy my coffee these days from the coffee day coffee grinding outlets and when possible from friends who own coffee gardens. Cheenis
