It is a commentary on my copy-editorial frame of mind that the first thing that struck me (to the point of distracting me from the intent of the text) is just how many typos it contains - especially, for some reason, in the paragraph describing Chris Kelty's chapter. His name is misspelt (twice!) and the description also contains typos.
