Don't worry -- I don't think anyone else understood it either.
Frankly, I normally only understand what Eugen is saying when he's
flaming someone's nonsensical post. That's usually very entertaining,
though.
One of these days I'm going to live up to my resolution to become
educated by googling everything that Eugen says that I don't
understand.
