The "look-and-feel" as it were. Which brings to mind the AAPL vs. MSFT
case from the 90's.
Except she says she copied Swan's in San Francisco, and IMO Swan's has
similar elements from an earlier restaurant in Palo Alto named (wait
for it...) Pearl's Oyster Bar.
What I really want is the recipe for potato salad from Chibcha's in
Catheys Valley, and dry braised green beans from Hsi Nan the Little in
Menlo Park.
Dammit.
