Its a great market for real estate. I know a few opportunistic people who have made trips to harare and bulawayo over the last 2 years and snapped up massive villas and chalets for next to nothing.... of course if there is a radical change in government or imminent collapse (both of which are likely outcomes in the next 6 months...) these title deeds could be annulled.....
