i don't think court costs are a burden on microsoft! especially given the billion-dollar fines reaffirmed by the verdict. the reason they may not appeal further though is that an appeal may have a low chance of success - it can only now be on matters of law, not fact, and this verdict was very carefully written within EU law. -rishab
